Britt began as the associate pastor of The Grove Church in 2009 and transitioned into the Lead Pastor role in 2014. He holds a Master of Divinity from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. His hobbies include spending time with his family, fishing, hunting, target practicing, and traveling.
